  • Why should I hire a professional pest control company?

    Our technicians have been trained to identify problem areas and how to apply the products properly and safely. Knowing what type of pest and their behaviors can be the difference between a successful treatment or a failure

  • Is this safe for my family and pets?

    Our products when applied as labeled have been deemed by the EPA safe for pets and family once the treated areas have dried.

  • How soon can your exterminators come to my home?

    Depending on the type of treatment you may be scheduled in a little to 24 hours or 2-4 days.

  • Do I have to leave my home when you provide service?

    You typically do not need to leave your home for general treatments. If at anytime we use a product that requires you to leave, we will discuss your options prior to any treatments being rendered.

  • How soon before we can expect results?

    You may start to see results in less than 24 hours, but most results will happen within 2-4 days.

  • How do pests get into my home?

    a dime. Rats can enter via holes the size of a quarter.

  • Is a preventative service plan necessary?

    Preventive plans are designed for clients that want the piece of mind that they will see little to no activity in their homes. And if any activity does happen to show, up they can call at anytime and have a tech out to their home with no additional fees.

  • Do you offer pet friendly pest control options?

    All general treatments are pet friendly, but it is recommended that you keep your pets away from any treated areas until they are dry.

  • How long do regular pest treatments take?

    General treatments take between 30-45 mins. Our technicians are encouraged to take whatever amount of time it takes to make sure our client’s homes are treated properly and all concerns are addressed before leaving.

  • How is your company different From Other Local Exterminators?

    We take pride in our customer service. Anyone can provide service, but not everyone cares about the people that they service. We do! We care for each and every one of our client’s. Our technicians are encouraged to get to know the customers they are servicing. You as a customer are an integral part of our success.

  • I noticed more bugs than usual after my first Treatment. Why Is that?

    Pesticides have a flushing effect when applied. Because of this flushing effect the pests are more likely to encounter a treated area. Our clients are told that they may see increased activity for the first few days after a treatment has been rendered.

  • How long after a treatment should I wait to call for an additional service?

    It can take up to 7 days for treatments to be effective. We recommend waiting for those 7 days before call to schedule an additional service. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, you simply reach out and we will be happy to answer them.

  • Do you have a referral program?

    Yes, we love referrals. We offer discounts for each referral given.

  • Do I need to sign a contract?

    We offer two options for our clients. 1. Contract – Preventive service plan (12-month guarantee) 2. No Contract – One-Time service only (30-day guarantee)
